Grounding Meditation

This quick grounding visualization exercise may be practiced in any comfortable position and is easy to fit into your morning or evening routine. Regular grounding practice supports HSP’s in feeling calmer and more centered, and helps us let go of energies that are not ours. Grounding also supports physical relaxation and fosters emotional balance.
