Practice Joy!

HSP’s often experience feelings of emotional and sensory overload, and may feel like we don’t have enough joy in our lives. In this video, Carolina introduces the idea of having a “joy practice” as an antidote to the daily stressors we may experience. A joy practice has four simple elements: Intention, Body Awareness, Actively Cultivating Joy, and Paying Attention to the effects of our efforts to be more joyful.
